Describe ethical and legal issues in the collection and use of data in a state sector context

The goal of unit standard 23271 is to make people aware of ethical and legal issues associated with using data in the State Sector.

People credited with this unit standard are able to resolve privacy, security and confidentiality issues, and resolve issues relating to the impact on respondents of the collection and use of data in a state sector context.
