The Official Statistics Research Series is published by Statistics New Zealand, the national statistical office of New Zealand. The series houses statistical and methodological research findings granted by the Official Statistics Research Fund on the usefulness, reliability, coverage and availability of the statistics produced and held in the Official Statistics System.
A wide range of academics, government departments and private agencies have collaborated to produce these final reports. Examples include University of Canterbury, NZ Institute of Economic Research, Statistics Research Associates, Department of Labour, Cornell University (USA), University of New South Wales (AUS), University of Wollongong and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
